How can I ask about an order if I cannot access my account?
Avoid guessing account details that could confuse the request. Keep any recovery case reference separate from the order identifier.
What should I check if only part of an order has been provided?
Check whether a substitution was proposed but not yet accepted. Confirm any revised timing in writing when possible.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Ask the seller what additional information would help assess it. Mention changes you made that could be relevant to understanding the situation.
